As per DGFT Trade Notice No. 22/2026-27 dated 2026-08-09, exporters can now file complaints regarding pending e-scrips, System Error codes (like SB005 or SB006), and delays in credit ledger updates directly through the DGFT portal.

This update significantly reduces the time taken to rectify technical glitches that prevent MSMEs from utilizing their duty credits. The portal offers real-time tracking of grievances and ensures a response within 7 working days. For manufacturers who have been facing issues with the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) scheme, this digital intervention eliminates the need for physical visits to Regional Authorities (RAs).
