Where DGFT files typically get stuck
Nine out of ten stuck files we take over have the same handful of causes: shipping bills filed without the correct scheme declaration, IEC details not matching PAN or GST records, EODC applications filed without complete Appendix-4H or bank realisation evidence, and authorizations that expired before the export obligation period was extended. All of these are fixable, but each requires a specific route — amendment, condonation, policy relaxation committee, or a fresh application.
- Scheme declaration missing or wrong on the shipping bill
- IEC / PAN / GST / bank particulars mismatched across databases
- Export obligation period lapsed without extension
- Digital signature and Aadhaar-based e-signing failures on the portal
- Deficiency letters unanswered past the response window
How we work with your team
We take read access to your DGFT dashboard, ICEGATE data and export documentation, build a licence-wise register with obligation dates and pending actions, and then run a monthly cycle: new filings, follow-ups on pending files, and alerts on obligations falling due in the next quarter. Your CHA continues to handle customs clearance; we own the policy and licensing side so nothing lapses between the two.
Eligibility checklist
- Valid PAN and current bank account in the name of the firm or company
- GST registration (required for most scheme benefits and RCMC)
- Active IEC, or willingness to obtain one before the first export
- Digital signature token or Aadhaar-based e-signing for the authorised signatory
- Export documentation — shipping bills, invoices, BRC/e-BRC, bank realisation statements
- For EPCG and Advance Authorization: chartered engineer certificate and manufacturing premises details
Our process, step by step
- 01Diagnostic: we audit your existing IEC, RCMC, licences and pending scrips, and list what is due, overdue or claimable.
- 02Prioritisation: benefits with expiring windows (RoDTEP scrip generation, EO extensions, deficiency replies) are filed first.
- 03Filing: applications submitted on the DGFT portal with correct ITC-HS classification, annexures and digital signature.
- 04Follow-up: deficiency letters, RA queries and Norms Committee references handled until the licence or scrip is issued.
- 05Monitoring: licence-wise obligation register maintained with quarterly alerts and closure filings.
