We Design For You is a private professional consultancy. We are not a government organisation, department, ministry, authority or agency, and we are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any of them. Any similarity of scheme names used on this site is for identification purposes only.

We provide professional advisory and consultation services only — eligibility assessment, documentation preparation, application filing support and follow-up for industrial subsidies, DGFT licences, export incentives and government schemes. We do not sanction, approve or disburse any benefit.

Sanction, approval, disbursement and timelines are decided solely by the concerned authority. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome, amount or approval date. Nothing on this site is a promise of a subsidy, licence or incentive.

By submitting an enquiry, booking a call or engaging our services, you consent to receive transactional communication (acknowledgements, confirmations, reminders, document requests, status updates) and marketing communication (scheme updates, newsletters, service information) from us via WhatsApp, SMS, email, voice calls and portal notifications. This applies even if your number is registered on DND/NDNC, to the extent permitted by law, given our business relationship. You may opt out of marketing at any time by replying STOP, using an email unsubscribe link, or writing to bd@wedesignforyou.in; essential service messages will continue while an engagement is active.

Some features let you connect a Google (Gmail, Google Drive) or Microsoft (OneDrive, Outlook) account through the provider's official OAuth 2.0 consent screen. You confirm you are authorised to grant that access, and you agree that we may access only the minimum data needed for the feature you enabled and only to deliver it. We never receive your password. You may disconnect or revoke access at any time from our portal or your provider's security settings; we then stop access and delete stored tokens. Our use of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements, and our use of Microsoft Graph/OneDrive APIs follows Microsoft's equivalent platform terms. You remain responsible for your own compliance with your provider's terms.

You agree not to misuse the site or portal — no unauthorised access attempts, scraping, reverse engineering, malware, or use for unlawful purposes. We operate the platform following generally accepted industry security practices (encrypted transport, role-based access, audit logging) and applicable Indian law including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Scheme summaries, notification references and news updates are published for general information and may change when policy changes. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Always confirm applicability for your unit with us before acting on anything you read here.

• A valid mobile number is mandatory so that we can confirm and conduct the call.
• Booked slots are assigned to an available consultant. If a slot becomes unavailable we will contact you to reschedule.
• The free consultation is an eligibility discussion; detailed filing work is quoted separately.
• Please inform us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

You agree to provide accurate details and genuine documents. We rely on the information you share, and we are not responsible for rejections, delays or penalties caused by incorrect, incomplete or misrepresented information.

Professional fees, government fees and scope of work are agreed in writing before engagement. Government or portal fees are payable in addition to our professional fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

All content, branding and material on this website belongs to us and may not be copied or republished without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the professional fees received for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
