DGFT RoDTEP Scheme 2026 e-BRC automated integration for export benefits
DGFT introduces real-time e-BRC integration for RoDTEP Scheme 2026. Claim export benefits faster with automated bank realization verification for SME exporters.
## Key points The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has officially streamlined the export benefit process through Trade Notice No. 19/2026-27, issued on August 12, 2026. This update mandates the automated integration of Electronic Bank Realization Certificates (e-BRC) with the RoDTEP Scheme portal. By linking these systems, the government aims to eliminate manual reconciliation of export proceeds, which has historically delayed the issuance of duty credit scrips. ## What this means for exporters Exporters will no longer need to upload individual bank realization proofs for RoDTEP claims. As per the DGFT Trade Notice, the system will now fetch realization data directly from the bank's digital feed. This prevents scrip blocking due to payment delays and ensures that MSMEs maintain healthy cash flows. The automated validation will significantly reduce the time between shipping bill filing and scrip generation. ## Who should act now Any exporter with pending RoDTEP claims from Q1 of FY 2026-27 should verify their e-BRC status on the DGFT portal immediately to ensure data synchronization. If your bank has not yet uploaded the e-BRC for realizations after August 12, 2026, follow up is required to avoid system flags. Contact 'We Design For You' today to audit your pending RoDTEP claims and ensure your documentation aligns with these new automated filing requirements.
